What happens if a bulb burns out during the season?
Call or text us and we come back within 24 to 48 hours to fix it. There is no charge for that visit. We call it our no bulb out guarantee, and it applies for the whole season.

Do they take the lights down after the season?
Yes, and takedown is included in the price. We start removals in early January, and most homes come down between January 2 and January 15.
Removal deserves as much care as the install. Pulling clips off a tile roof in a hurry cracks tile, bends gutter edges, and shortens the life of the light strands. A rushed January is how a display looks worse in year two.
Who stores the lights in the off season?
We do. After takedown, your lights get packed, labeled, and stored in our climate controlled facility until the next install. Nothing goes back in your garage.

Do you need to be home for the install?
No. Most installs happen while our clients are at work. We need exterior access, a working outdoor outlet, and gate or side yard entry if your panel or hose bib area is fenced.
We do like to walk the property with you once, at the design stage, so the plan matches what you pictured. After that we handle the rest and text you when the display is up.
Are Christmas light installers insured?

Two story access does raise the price. More setup time, more equipment, and more safety work go into a second story peak than a single story eave, and the quote reflects that. It is also the exact height where homeowner injuries happen.

Yes. Timers come with the package. We set the on and off times during install, so the display runs on schedule without anyone flipping a switch.
Most clients pick dusk to around 11 p.m. If you want a different schedule, or a change partway through December, tell us and we adjust it. Commercial and HOA properties often run later hours through the peak weekends.
