For large communities, we recommend starting the design and bidding process in August or September. This ensures your community is on our schedule for a pre-Thanksgiving installation.

Can we add to our display over time?

Many of our HOA clients use a multi-year plan. We can design a "Phase 1" for your main entrance this year and expand to community parks or side entrances in subsequent seasons.
