Quick Troubleshoot

All lights out? Check that your timer or smart plug is on and the circuit breaker hasn't tripped.

One section out? It may be a single blown fuse in the strand. Note which section and we will bring a replacement.

Tree not lit? The connection at the outlet stake may have come loose. Try reseating it — if that doesn't work, submit a ticket and we will be out.

Check the Timer & Outlet

Make sure your timer or smart plug is powered on and set correctly. If using a timer, confirm the on/off schedule is still programmed. Try plugging something else into the same outlet to confirm it has power.

Check the Circuit Breaker

If all your lights went out at once, a tripped breaker is the most common cause. Check your electrical panel for any tripped breakers and reset if needed. Outdoor circuits are typically labeled on the panel door.

Check Strand Connections

Walk your display and look for any strand connections that may have worked loose — especially near tree stakes and outlet connections. Reseat any loose plugs. If a single section is out, that connection is usually the culprit.
