Join the Holiday Lights
Phoenix Team
Earn great money doing something genuinely fun. We hire motivated people every September and work through January — high hours, fast pace, and the satisfaction of creating displays that light up the entire Valley.
This Is Not Your Average
Seasonal Job
Holiday Lights Phoenix is one of the Phoenix Valley's most active holiday lighting companies. From October through January we are in the field every single day — installing, maintaining, and removing displays across Chandler, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the entire East Valley. If you want real hours, real pay, and a job where you can actually see the result of your work at the end of every day, this is it.
Production-Based Pay
The faster and better you work, the more you earn. Our production pay structure rewards efficiency — motivated workers consistently earn above average for seasonal labor in the Phoenix market.
Tons of Hours
From September training through January takedowns, there is no shortage of work. Full-time hours are available throughout the season — often 40+ hours per week during peak November and December.
Fast-Paced & Fun
Every day is different. New properties, new neighborhoods, new challenges. Our crews move fast, work together, and take real pride in delivering displays that genuinely wow people.
Visible Results
At the end of every install, you drive away looking at something you built. Seeing an entire home or community lit up — knowing you made that happen — is a feeling that never gets old.
Tight-Knit Team
Holiday Lights Phoenix is a family-owned local business. We treat our team well, communicate clearly, and build a culture where everyone's contribution matters and is recognized.
Phoenix Community
You are not just hanging lights — you are contributing to the holiday experience of hundreds of Phoenix Valley families and businesses. That is something to be proud of.
What the Season Looks Like
September Through January
Here is a clear picture of what you can expect month by month when you join the Holiday Lights Phoenix installation team.
September — Onboarding & Training
We hire and train our installation crew in September. You will learn our installation techniques, safety protocols, equipment, and design standards. Even if you have never hung a strand of lights professionally, we will get you up to speed fast. Prior construction, landscaping, or roofing experience is a plus but not required.
October — Season Kicks Off
Installations begin in early October. The pace builds throughout the month as booking volume increases. Expect 30–40 hours per week and a growing rhythm as the team hits its stride. Every install is different — residential homes, commercial properties, HOA communities, restaurants, churches, and hotels across the East Valley and beyond.
November — Peak Season
November is full throttle. This is the busiest month of the year — multiple installs per day, every day, across the Phoenix Valley. If you are looking for maximum hours and maximum production pay, November is when it happens. Motivated crew members earn significantly above base during peak weeks.
December — Maintenance & Final Installs
In December the focus shifts to maintenance calls, last-minute installs, and keeping every display looking perfect throughout the holiday season. You will be responding to bulb replacements, storm adjustments, and completing any remaining installs. Pace is still high — and the city is lit up around you.
January — Takedown & Wrap
Post-season removal runs through January. We pull down, pack, and store hundreds of displays across the Valley. It is steady, organized work with a clear end — and a great way to close out the season with the full crew. Top performers from each season are first in line for the following year.
