Text Messaging (SMS)

We send text messages to people who opt in through the consent checkboxes on our estimate form. The form has two separate checkboxes, and both are optional. You can request an estimate without checking either one.

• Transactional messages cover estimate confirmations, quote follow-ups, installation and removal scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates about your project.
• Marketing messages cover seasonal offers, early booking discounts, new services, and service updates. We send marketing texts to people who check the marketing consent box. Leave it unchecked and you receive no marketing texts.

Many returning customers ask us to keep their design details from one season to the next. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.
• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and ask to be removed.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Email HolidayLightsPhoenix@gmail.com to request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.

Our website and services are for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
