Born in Phoenix, Built for
Phoenix Properties
Phoenix is the fifth-largest city in the United States — and the home market of Holiday Lights Phoenix. This is where our story started, where our team is based, and where we have spent years perfecting the art of holiday lighting in the desert. We know Phoenix neighborhoods intimately: the mid-century ranches of Arcadia, the new construction masterplans of North Phoenix, the dense historic corridors of Central Phoenix, and the sprawling residential developments of Laveen, Estrella, and South Phoenix.
Phoenix homeowners face a unique set of challenges when it comes to Christmas lighting. The desert landscaping — tall saguaros, mature palms, oleanders, citrus trees — demands specialized equipment and technique. Arizona's winter winds and monsoon-season holdover rain can stress displays. And Phoenix homes range from flat-roof contemporary builds to classic ranch-style properties to two-story stucco homes in subdivisions stretching as far as you can see.
Holiday Lights Phoenix handles all of it. We have been lighting up Phoenix since 2019 with commercial-grade LED lights, custom design, and full-service execution from installation through January takedown and storage.

Holiday Lighting Built for
Arizona's Desert Environment
Phoenix's diverse property types, desert landscaping, and unique climate call for a lighting approach you won't find anywhere else in the country. We have spent years perfecting it.
- Roofline & Eave Lighting — Custom-cut commercial LED C9s and string lights for every Phoenix roofline type, from flat contemporary to ranch-style eaves to two-story stucco.
- Palm Tree Wrapping — Phoenix's signature landscaping element. We wrap palms of every height — queen palms, fan palms, date palms — with warm white or color LED strings.
- Saguaro & Desert Plant Lighting — True Phoenix specialty: saguaro cacti, ocotillo, desert willow, and other native plants lit for a display that is uniquely Arizonan.
- Citrus Tree & Landscape Lighting — Orange, lemon, and grapefruit trees wrapped with net or string lighting create warm, dramatic courtyard displays.
- HOA Entrance & Community Lighting — Monument signs, entry columns, park trees, and community common areas for Phoenix's many active HOA neighborhoods.
- Commercial Storefront & Office Lighting — Exterior holiday displays for Phoenix's retail centers, restaurants, office parks, and medical campuses.
- Church & Non-Profit Lighting — Full-property holiday lighting for Phoenix's churches, schools, and community organizations at competitive rates.

North, South, East & West
Phoenix is enormous — 518 square miles. We serve it all, from the upscale neighborhoods near Camelback Mountain to the fast-growing communities of North Phoenix and Laveen.
Arcadia & Camelback
Phoenix's most prestigious residential corridor — large lots, mature citrus trees, established palms, and some of the most beautiful custom homes in the city. Arcadia holiday displays are in a league of their own.
North Phoenix
85027, 85085, 85086, 85087 — Fast-growing master-planned communities in Deer Valley, North Gateway, and Happy Valley. Active HOAs, beautiful new construction, and miles of holiday lighting opportunity.
Central Phoenix
The historic heart of the city — bungalows, mid-century ranches, and transitional neighborhoods near Downtown Phoenix. Character-rich properties that light up beautifully with a well-designed display.
Laveen & South Mountain
Southwest Phoenix's fastest-growing residential area — newer subdivisions with mountain views, active community spirit, and a growing appetite for professional holiday lighting.
Estrella & West Phoenix
Goodyear-adjacent Phoenix neighborhoods including Estrella Mountain Ranch communities along the I-10 corridor — newer homes, active HOAs, and great desert landscaping to work with.
Ahwatukee Foothills
The southernmost Phoenix neighborhood — bordered by South Mountain and I-10. Home of Holiday Lights Phoenix founder Keith Call Jr., and one of our most active residential service areas.
"We have a large Arcadia home with a dozen citrus trees and three big palms. Holiday Lights Phoenix designed and installed everything in a single day — the property looked like something out of a magazine. Absolutely worth it."
"Our North Phoenix HOA brought in Holiday Lights Phoenix for our community entrance and clubhouse — the display was stunning and the crew was professional from start to finish. We had residents complimenting it all season."
"I run a restaurant near Camelback and the holiday display Holiday Lights Phoenix created for our patio and roofline genuinely brought in new customers. Multiple people told us they came in because of the lights. Incredible ROI."

Christmas Light Questions from
Phoenix Homeowners & Businesses
Common questions we hear from Phoenix residents before booking their holiday lighting install.
Yes — we serve all of Phoenix's 518 square miles. That includes North Phoenix neighborhoods in 85027, 85085, 85086, and 85087; central and east Phoenix including Arcadia and the Camelback corridor; south Phoenix neighborhoods near South Mountain; Laveen and the Estrella corridor in the southwest; and Ahwatukee in the far south. If you have a Phoenix address, we serve it.
Yes — saguaro and desert landscape lighting is one of our specialties. Lighting a saguaro correctly requires specific fastener techniques that don't damage the cactus, and the right LED product to withstand Arizona heat and avoid attracting insects. We have wrapped hundreds of saguaros, ocotillos, citrus trees, and desert shrubs across Phoenix and the Valley.
Most Phoenix residential installs range from $500 to $2,500 all-inclusive — covering design, commercial-grade LED lights, installation, in-season maintenance, January removal, and storage. Larger Arcadia properties or complex multi-feature displays may run higher. Commercial and HOA projects are quoted based on a site visit. All estimates are free within 24 hours.
Yes. Flat and low-slope rooflines are common throughout Phoenix and Central Phoenix in particular. We adapt our installation approach and fastener system for flat roofs, parapet walls, and the architectural features typical of mid-century Phoenix construction. Every install is non-damaging and leaves no residue on your roofing material.
September is the right time to book. We begin Phoenix installations in early October and prime slots — especially in Arcadia, North Phoenix, and the Ahwatukee area — fill up quickly. The sooner you request your free estimate, the more flexibility you have in scheduling your preferred install date.
Yes — we work with Phoenix churches, schools, community organizations, and non-profits throughout the city. We provide full-property holiday lighting with the same all-inclusive service our residential and commercial clients receive. Contact us directly to discuss your property and budget and we will build a proposal that works.
