Entrances That Make a Statement
Your community entrance is the first thing residents and guests see every day. We create high-impact, elegant displays for stone monuments, gatehouses, perimeter walls, and entry columns using commercial-grade materials built for the Arizona climate.
- Monument Sign Lighting — Precision-wrapped garlands, wreaths, and perimeter C9 string lights on signage.
- Entry Column & Pillar Wrapping — Full wrap of masonry columns with commercial LED strands.
- Perimeter Wall Lighting — Consistent roofline lighting along community entry walls.
- Gatehouse & Guardhouse Decor — Full exterior lighting plus greenery for staffed entry points.
- Palm Tree Wrapping — Flanking palms at entrances wrapped to any height with specialized equipment.

Transform Your Common Areas Into Winter Destinations
Community parks and shared spaces become natural gathering points during the holiday season. We create warm, inviting displays that give residents a reason to step outside and enjoy the community they live in.
- Tree Wrapping & Net Lighting — Full coverage on specimen trees, sissoo, olives, and desert plantings.
- Clubhouse & Recreation Center Lighting — Roofline outlining and entryway framing for community buildings.
- Pathway & Walkway Lighting — Ground stake lighting along walking trails and community paths.
- Pool Area & Ramada Lighting — String lights and bistro-style wraps for outdoor gathering spaces.
- Park Shade Structure Lighting — Overhead string lighting for ramadas and shade structures.
Consistent Lighting Across
Your Entire Community
Main boulevards and internal streets set the overall feel of the community during the holiday season. Uniform, professionally installed lighting along primary corridors creates a cohesive look that elevates the entire neighborhood.
- Boulevard Tree Wrapping — Uniform wrapping on median and boulevard trees throughout the community.
- Roundabout & Traffic Circle Lighting — Feature lighting on center plantings at key intersections.
- Cul-de-Sac Tree Displays — Coordinated lighting on street trees in cul-de-sac bulbs.
- Consistent Height & Color Standards — All wraps executed at matching heights for a uniform look.

Questions From HOA Boards &
Community Managers
Everything boards and property managers need to know before requesting a community holiday lighting proposal in Phoenix.
For HOA and community projects, we recommend starting the design and bidding process in August or September at the latest. Large communities require significant planning, crew coordination, and sometimes equipment reservations for tall palms or multi-story installations. Boards that reach out in August have the most flexibility on timing, design, and scheduling. Communities that wait until October often find that prime November installation dates are already committed.
Yes. We provide complete certificates of insurance including general liability and workers' compensation coverage upon request during the bidding process. Our coverage meets the high-limit requirements of major property management firms and HOA insurance standards throughout the Phoenix metro area. We can also name your management company or HOA as an additional insured on the certificate if required.
Absolutely. Our crews are trained to follow all community protocols — gate access procedures, speed limits, quiet hours, and parking restrictions. We coordinate directly with your Community Manager or gate staff to obtain access credentials in advance. We treat your neighborhood with the same respect as the residents who live there and have never had a noise or access complaint from a community we have serviced.
Yes — and many of our HOA clients do exactly this. We design a Phase 1 scope for the main entrance and primary common areas, then expand to community parks, side entrances, and boulevard trees in subsequent seasons. Since we store all materials, adding to an existing display in future years is straightforward. Your Community Manager works with the same account rep each year, making multi-year planning seamless.
Yes. All of our community installations are designed to comply with HOA governing documents, local Phoenix and Maricopa County safety standards, and UL-listing requirements. If your community has specific color, brightness, or placement restrictions outlined in your CC&Rs, share them with us during the proposal process and we will design within those parameters. We have never had a community installation rejected for bylaw non-compliance.
We schedule community takedowns in January and treat bylaw compliance deadlines as a firm commitment. If your CC&Rs require all holiday lighting to be removed by January 15th, we schedule your removal for January 13th or 14th at the latest. After takedown, all materials are inventoried and stored in our climate-controlled facility until the following season. No community storage space is required.
Community pricing depends on the scope — number of entry monuments, park trees, boulevard trees, common area buildings, and any special equipment needs. Most Phoenix Valley HOA projects range from $3,000 for a single-entrance community to $25,000 or more for large master-planned neighborhoods with multiple parks and miles of boulevard trees. We provide free site walkthroughs and detailed written proposals with line-item pricing so the board knows exactly what they are approving.
HOA and community clients receive priority maintenance. Any failure in a common area display is addressed within 24 hours — typically same day for entrance monuments and high-visibility areas. Your dedicated account manager is available by phone and text throughout the season and will dispatch a crew immediately upon notification. Your community entrance and shared spaces stay lit all season long.
Yes. Every HOA and community client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as the single point of contact for the Board of Directors and the Community Manager throughout the entire engagement — from the initial proposal through January takedown. You will never be bounced between representatives or have to re-explain your community's situation to a new person. Your account manager knows your community, your preferences, and your requirements.
