Large communities require significant planning, crew coordination, and sometimes equipment reservations for tall palms or multi-story installations. Boards that reach out in August have the most flexibility on timing, design, and scheduling. Communities that wait until October often find that prime November installation dates are already committed.

Yes. We provide complete certificates of insurance including general liability and workers' compensation coverage upon request during the bidding process. Our coverage meets the high-limit requirements of major property management firms and HOA insurance standards throughout the Phoenix metro area. We can also name your management company or HOA as an additional insured on the certificate if required.

Absolutely. Our crews are trained to follow all community protocols — gate access procedures, speed limits, quiet hours, and parking restrictions. We coordinate directly with your Community Manager or gate staff to obtain access credentials in advance. We treat your neighborhood with the same respect as the residents who live there and have never had a noise or access complaint from a community we have serviced.

Yes — and many of our HOA clients do exactly this. We design a Phase 1 scope for the main entrance and primary common areas, then expand to community parks, side entrances, and boulevard trees in subsequent seasons. Since we store all materials, adding to an existing display in future years is straightforward. Your Community Manager works with the same account rep each year, making multi-year planning seamless.

Yes. All of our community installations are designed to comply with HOA governing documents, local Phoenix and Maricopa County safety standards, and UL-listing requirements. If your community has specific color, brightness, or placement restrictions outlined in your CC&Rs, share them with us during the proposal process and we will design within those parameters. We have never had a community installation rejected for bylaw non-compliance.

We schedule community takedowns in January and treat bylaw compliance deadlines as a firm commitment. If your CC&Rs require all holiday lighting to be removed by January 15th, we schedule your removal for January 13th or 14th at the latest. After takedown, all materials are inventoried and stored in our climate-controlled facility until the following season. No community storage space is required.

Community pricing depends on the scope — number of entry monuments, park trees, boulevard trees, common area buildings, and any special equipment needs. Most Phoenix Valley HOA projects range from $3,000 for a single-entrance community to $25,000 or more for large master-planned neighborhoods with multiple parks and miles of boulevard trees. We provide free site walkthroughs and detailed written proposals with line-item pricing so the board knows exactly what they are approving.

HOA and community clients receive priority maintenance. Any failure in a common area display is addressed within 24 hours — typically same day for entrance monuments and high-visibility areas. Your dedicated account manager is available by phone and text throughout the season and will dispatch a crew immediately upon notification. Your community entrance and shared spaces stay lit all season long.

Yes. Every HOA and community client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as the single point of contact for the Board of Directors and the Community Manager throughout the entire engagement — from the initial proposal through January takedown. You will never be bounced between representatives or have to re-explain your community's situation to a new person. Your account manager knows your community, your preferences, and your requirements.
