You pay one flat price and we handle everything from start to finish.

No. We provide all lighting as part of your package. We use commercial-grade, custom-cut LED lights that are far brighter, longer lasting, and more energy-efficient than anything available at retail stores. They are custom-fit to your specific roofline and landscape on the day of installation.

Never. We exclusively use professional-grade non-penetrating clips and fasteners designed for the specific roofing materials common in Arizona — including mission tile, concrete tile, and shingle. Nothing is drilled, stapled, or glued to your home. Our clips grip and hold without leaving any marks, residue, or damage after removal.

Yes, palm trees are one of our most popular residential services. We have specialized equipment for wrapping Mexican Fan Palms and Medjool Date Palms of all heights. We also wrap queen palms, bottle palms, and any other species common to the Valley. We treat your desert landscape with the care it deserves.

We begin taking bookings in August and start installations in early October. November dates — especially the two weeks before Thanksgiving — are the most popular and fill up fastest. We strongly recommend booking by September to secure your preferred install date and avoid being placed on a waitlist.

Our No-Bulb-Out Guarantee means if any light in your display fails during the season, we will come back out within 24 to 48 hours and replace it at no additional charge. Just text or call us and we handle it. This service is included in every residential package at no extra cost.

Pricing is based on the size of your home, the complexity of the design, and the areas being lit — roofline length, number of trees, pathways, etc. Most Phoenix Valley residential installs range from $400 to $2,500 or more for larger estates. All quotes are free, transparent, and provided within 24 hours of your consultation request. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges.

Yes. All of our installations use commercial-grade LED lights, which consume up to 80 percent less electricity than traditional incandescent bulbs. LED lights also run cool to the touch and last significantly longer, which is why they are the only lighting we use. Your display will look bright and vivid without a significant impact on your electric bill.

We begin post-season removal in early January. Most clients choose a takedown date between January 2nd and January 15th. After removal, we carefully pack and store your lights in our climate-controlled facility. When October arrives next year, your lights are ready to go and we build the same design — or an updated one if you want to change it up.

Yes. All of our residential installs are HOA-compliant by design. We use materials, color palettes, and placement techniques that meet the standards of Phoenix and East Valley HOAs. If your HOA has specific guidelines, just let us know and we will tailor the design accordingly. We can also provide documentation for your HOA board if needed.
