The terms that apply when you use holidaylightsphx.com, request an estimate, book holiday lighting services, or receive text messages from Holiday Lights Phoenix.

Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Holiday Lights Phoenix ("we," "us," or "our"). By using holidaylightsphx.com, submitting a form, booking services, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
We design, install, maintain, remove, and store holiday and Christmas lighting for homes, businesses, and HOA communities across the greater Phoenix area. We also install permanent RGB lighting. The details for each project appear in your written estimate or service agreement.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimate requests are free and carry no obligation. The budget ranges on our form help us plan a design. They are not quotes.
We confirm your final price after reviewing your property, which may include an on-site walkthrough. Prices in a written estimate stay valid for the period stated on that estimate.
Scheduling, Weather, and Access
We schedule installation and removal dates based on availability and the order bookings arrive. Weather, safety conditions, and events outside our control may shift a scheduled date. When that happens, we contact you to reschedule.
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas, including gate codes, working outdoor outlets, and any HOA approval your community requires.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and property information
- Confirm you own the property or have permission to authorize work on it
- Tell us about hazards, fragile surfaces, irrigation lines, pets, or other conditions our crew should know about
- Keep the outdoor circuits we use powered and in working order during the season
Service Agreements, Payment, and Cancellations
Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, warranties, and ownership of lighting materials are set in your written estimate or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that project.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Holiday Lights Phoenix runs a text messaging program for customers and people who request estimates. These terms apply to every text message we send.
- Program description. Transactional messages include estimate confirmations, quote follow-ups, installation and removal scheduling, appointment reminders, and project updates. Marketing messages include seasonal offers, early booking discounts, and service updates.
- How to opt in. Check one or both of the separate, optional consent boxes on our free estimate form. Each box covers its own message type.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and the time of year.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. We will send one message confirming your opt out, then stop sending texts. Reply START to rejoin.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (480) 531-9780, or email HolidayLightsPhoenix@gmail.com.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No purchase required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
- Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website. That includes submitting false information, trying to access our systems without permission, interfering with how the site works, or copying site content for commercial use.
Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, photos, videos, logos, and designs, belongs to Holiday Lights Phoenix or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
Photos You Submit
When you upload a photo through our website, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it to prepare your estimate and lighting design.
Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that website content, pricing examples, or availability are complete or current. Any guarantee for completed work appears in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Holiday Lights Phoenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our text messaging program. Liability for installation services follows your service agreement.
Governing Law
Arizona law governs these Terms. The state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will handle any dispute related to these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when we made the latest change. Using our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
